Electric Spain Recordings represents the independent music label founded in 2005 and dedicated to electronic music, especially the house style (Progressive House, Tech-House, Electro-House etc). The label was founded by Jesse Garcia, owner also of its parent label, Tribal Recordings.

With more than 20 years of experience as a professional Dj and more than 10 years as a producer, Jesse has turned into one of the most relevant figures of international electronic music. Jesse was awarded in 2008 by prestigious Beatport Awards, organized by Beatport, the most influyent digital download site. Jesse was the first Spanish chosen as the best House artist sharing the nomination with the internationally famous producers like Axwell, Robbie Rivera, Dirty South and others. The award came as a recognition of such Jesse´s tracks as "Of Da Hook", which not only was number 1 in Beatport, but also became a great success at the international level being one of the 10 best-selling tracks of Australian top list and one of the main tracks included in famous compilation records of Ministry of Sound of UK or prominent Roger Sanchez´s recopilation "Release Yourself".

The momentum for Jesse Garcia as a DJ started building in 1987 when he followed his vocation and submerged in the magic world of music. To satisfy his expanding artistry, apart from working as a DJ and producer, Jesse currently feels a position of A&R at two record labels: Tribal Spain Recordings and Electric Spain Recordings.

As a result of the labels successful performance, and Jesse’s work as producer for the labels, Jesse Garcia has become one of the most popular DJs at the national level. Besides, his professionalism can be appreciated from numerous solid remixes he has made for such internationally famous artists like Lee-Cabrera, Harry "Choo Choo" Romero, Copyright, Steve Angello, Celeda, Peter Presta, Milk & Sugar, Frank 'O Moiraghi, Dub Deluxe, just to name a few.

Jesse’s work was rewarded on various occasions. At an early stage of his career, in 1990 he became Vice-Champion of Catalonia at the prestigious championship Turntable of DMC (Disco Mix Club). The year 2005 proved to be one of the peak years of Jesse’s career: he was awarded by Technics DJ Awards for his great contribution to Tribal House genre, and also earned a Deejaymags nomination in “DJ Revelation” category. A year later Jesse was recognized for his production skills with another Deejaymags nomination for his remix of “Underground” by Celeda.
