von The Police wurde ursprünglich im Juni 1983
veröffentlicht und war das erfolgreichste Album der
Band. Das Album machte The Police zu Weltstars
und beinhaltet nicht weniger als fünf Hitsingles
- Every Breath You Take, King of Pain, Wrapped
Around Your Finger und Synchronicity II. Bei den
Grammy Awards 1984 war das Album fünf mal
nominiert, unter anderem für den Titel "Album des Jahres".
Am 08.11.2019 erscheint nun das Album erneut auf Vinyl (180g).
