1. How to register with djshop?

If you are on the djshop online store for the first time, you can start shopping right away and put your desired article in the basket. As soon as you are at the checkout page you will be asked to set up an account. You can do that very quickly, only a few steps are necessary.

If you don't want to purchase yet, but would like to be informed about news and special offers via newsletter, you can click the "register" link in the top bar of your account. Make sure to select the option to receive our newsletter.

2. Order Process

Place the articles you want to order into the basket. At the checkout you will then be asked to enter your login data or to register.
After entering your address data and selecting your preferred shipping and the payment method, we receive your order and process it promptly. You will receive an order confirmation via email as well as a separate message with the data to track the shipment by the parcel shipping as soon as the parcel service has all the necessary information.

3. How can I order items, which are currently out of stock?

Just place those articles in your basekt. When you are at the checkout page all items which are currently out of stock will be marked in grey. Those articles will be automatically ordered for you. Just leave the item in the shopping cart, complete the order or click "reserve". As soon as we receive the items you will get a notification email so you can complete the pruchase.

4. How can I reserve vinyl records?

It is not possible to reserve records which are in stock. If you want to be informed about the status of items which are out of stock, please place those records in the shopping cart and reserve them or complete the order. You will be notified via email as soon as the record is back in stock.

5. Which payment methods do you offer?

You can pay via credit cart, PayPal or immediate transfer (Sofort├╝berweisung).

6. Shipping

Before you complete your purchase, you can choose among different carriers. The shipping costs will then be shown. Furthermore you can see an overview of the shipping costs sorted by country and weight here.

7. What is the current status of my order?

You can view the status of your order here.
You will receive a link to track your shipment directly from the parcel shipping via e-mail.

8. How can I access the invoice of my order?

You can retrieve the invoice after your order has been processed here.

9. How can I make a complaint about my order?

Please note: Should a package with visibly detectable external damage be delivered to you, please do not accept this. Only by a refused acceptance, we can assert insurance claims with the supplier.

If you receive an incomplete or damaged delivery, please send us a message stating the invoice number via the contact form. If a record is damaged, please also send us a picture or video to info@djshop.de (maximum size of attachments is 5 MB)

10. We are a record label and would like to list our records in your shop.

11. Order possibilities for record stores and business customers

12. Customer information regarding the old version of djshop

In June 2018 the platform djshop.de was transfered to this website. In this regard the service of digital downloads was removed. Furthermore it isn't possible anymore to make a purchase via account credit . If you have a remaining credit in the old online store, please contact us via accounting@dance-all-day.com and request a payout.
