'Doves' picks up where 2019's 'Rose Red' left off: all melting, pitch-bending synths that fizz and ping unpredictably around a solid 4x4 beat. On the flip, 'MPH' tugs on the heart strings with a plasticine MIDI melody, percussive vocal chops and a tearjerking set of high-gloss pads.
