Launched in the spring of 2009, Hub City Music has become a recognizable name in the underground house scene, bringing together both well-known talent, and new, up and coming artists.
In 2009, Brandon Bass & Sean Michaels started Hub City Music, located in Denver, Colorado. Their first release was entitled “Lucky Number 7 EP” produced by Late Night Society. This first release was the perfect launch for the label, and was charted by Inland Knights, among others. The idea for the label was simple, to release quality house music, be it funky, deep, groovy, or techy.
Since 2009 Hub City has had numerous releases from the likes of Funk Mediterraneo & Alex Augello, Fergus, Chemars, Mark & Stevens, and remixes by Rescue, Uriah West, Freaky Behaviour, J Caprice and Brandon & Sean’s guise, Freeware. |
