| Addition Recordings is a new German label, which focuses on electronic music for the dance floor. The sound of its artists varies from groovy and pumping minimal to hard and driving techno music. To supply the scene with top quality music is the label?s first aim.
The label?s founder, Dimitrij Filippov, dealt with music of various kinds for the last 19 years. Since 2002, his focus explicitly went towards electronic music. One year later, in 2003, he could already call himself Resident DJ of SAM?S club, the hottest club in Bielefeld. He was inspired by several gigs with influential DJs, such as Oliver Klein, Tube and Berger, Tomcraft, Piemont, Boris Dlugosh, Malente and many more.
Towards the end of2006, Filippov and his longtime friend and partner Ole Zumblick, started the project ?2TaktMotor?. Since then, both of them hit Germany?s party destinations with high frequency.
Due to the restlessness of the duo, many contacts have been established and Addition Recordings has established a large pool of international contacts, DJs and producers to communicate with. The new established label offers young, innovative and talented artists a platform to publish their music and to spread it to the masses.
