How do I redeem a free download code?
To redeem a free download code, please add your song to the shopping cart. In the column " Free download code " you can enter your vaild Free Download Code. Please click on the symbol to activate the free download code. The price will then set to 0.00 €.
The following points must be considered:
- you must be registered and logged-in.
- You must reach the value of minimum 0,01 €.
- you can redeem per day and per person only one 1) Download Free Code.
- The code must be valid and must not be passed in time.
- The code must be spelled exactly right.
- Each code can only be used once.
Free download codes will unfortunately not be credited manually. Similarly, a manual re-creation or reactivation of Free Download Codes unfortunately technically not possible.
My myList displays an empty result.
That can happen. If you have a list with the latest Techno releases of the past three days and there are no new Techno releases, you list will be empty until a new release arrives.
Can I preorder articles
Yes, articles thet are not released, yet can be preordered and will be delivered as soon as they are released.
Do you have a real vinyl store
In our central warehouse in Traunstein you can shop like in a normal Dj store. If you already know whhat you are looking for, please note the location code displayed on the detail page of an article.
Which mail-order firm do you use?
We have cooperations with:
Usually the customer can decide which company should bring his parcels.
but not every company is availabe in every country.
I forgot my login data.
The shop can send you your login data to the email address.
Where is my parcel?
You will receive a email as soon as we handed your parcel over to the mail-order firm. In this email you find a link to query the status of your shipment.
What do you have on stock?
The availability of an article is merked with different colors.
If you click on one of these symbols you will get an overview of all symbols.
Why do you need a copy of my Credit Card and ID card?
Due to legal- and security reasons this is sometimes neccessary.
how can I subscribe/unsubscribe to the newsletter?
If you click on "Newscenter" you can see all offered newsletters.
To subscribe or unsubscribe simply enter your email address in the appropriate field and click submit.
If you can not unsubscribe you presumably try to unsubscribe a email address which is not subscribed and you are subscribed with an alias addresses which points to your email address.
