Like at a real store you can collect all articles in your shopping cart. When you have found all articles and put them into your shopping cart you can go to the checkout and order all articles together.
You can save your shopping cart without ordering the articles. When you come back after some time you can load your shopping cart und continue shopping.

I only got a ZIP file when I purchased mp3s! Where are my mp3 files?

The ZIP file contains all your purchased mp3 files.



ZIP files contain and compress several other files.

To open and extract a ZIP file you need a small, free program like WinZip for example.
Many modern operation systems like Windows XP or Mac OS X can already open and extract ZIP files without the help of other programs.

Some available articles in my backorders suddenly disappeared.

This happens when suppliers gave us faulty information on the supply delieveries.

We are sorry for that but we are powerless ourself.

My backorder list is empty.

Articles that are shipped to you will disappear from your backorders.

Ordered articles are kept in your backorder list for 90 days. After this period of time the article is deleted as it is unlikely that it will arrive. If you want you can re-order this article.

My parcel was sent yesterday. When does it arrive

We can not tell exactly. Deliveries wihin Germany usually take 1-2 days.

Can I preorder articles

Yes, articles thet are not released, yet can be preordered and will be delivered as soon as they are released.

How does the mp3 download / purchase work?

Downloading mp3 files also works with a shopping cart in which you can put all tracks and albums you want to purchase.
After putting all articles in the shopping cart, you must sign in with your username and password to access the cart.
After choosing your preferred way to pay and completing the payment you can start downloading.

My myList displays an empty result.

That can happen. If you have a list with the latest Techno releases of the past three days and there are no new Techno releases, you list will be empty until a new release arrives.

Is the availability information reliable?

Yes. The availability information is directly connected to our stock. in 99.99% of all cases you can rely on this information

My email address has changed, must I register again?

No, just go to the account management and change you email address.
