| Tillit grew up with ?Kool Savas? and ?Bushido?. He is certainly proud of the fact, that he never liked ?Blumentopf?. Later on he got influenced by ?Prinz Porno? and all that shit from the U.S. Eventually, Eminem and Dr. Dre were the only remaining artist who were able to inspire him.
Everything started out in elementary school. TilliT grew up in one of the central districts of Berlin, which is called ?Mitte?. His apartment is located about 200m away from the Berlin Wall which fell in 1989. His location shares a border with two other districts of Berlin which are called ?Wedding? and ?Prenzlauer Berg?. The colloquial term for this place is the ?district triangle?. Unlike no other part of the city it shows the cultural and financial diversity we are facing in the 21st century.
At the beginning his writing efforts were limited to poems and essays, which made him go to the principal?s office very often in order to explain his offensive vocabulary and rebellious behavior.
When he met Derik in high school, they soon became friend and started to freestyle in the nearby parks. Most of the time they were insulting each other?s mothers and some idiots in their grade.
As soon as Derik was starting to make some progress, Tillit quickly joined the movement. Due to medical problems can Tillit not smoke marihuana any more. This has caused a little change in his personality and he started to lose his calmness. Because of that, the ?Motzer? was born. This identity is absorbing hate, caused by the gentrification of downtown Berlin and exposes it in his songs.
Too many people still underestimate Hip ? Hop from East Berlin. It has so much more to offer than just fucks and lowlifes. Tillit sees himself as part of the front line of a new movement, which is supposed to increase the quality of German rap.
