I?m Balazs Szloboda I was born on the 10th of April 13.30pm in Nyiregyhaza. The first time I got to the mixer was in 1997. The only thing that have existed for me was music over 10 years. In the beggining I played as the leader of Nyír Dj Team as Dj Balu later on as the head of NRG MUSIC as Dj Szloboda. Meanwhile I was trying to put myself onto another level as a producer. In 2007 we founded Estudio where we made music for different types of dj?s with quite big success.( from all around the world).
Besides my wife ?Mona? who helps me a lot and sings in many of my music I work with a team of professional musicians.
In December 2007 my daughter was born.
After more than a thousand gigs, for 8 months I was unable to play anywhere, but in the background the current of events started taking the right turn.
In the middle of 2008 we founded the formation of B-S-H-O-P with Hamvai P.G. so basically im doing 3 kind of gigs . these are: Szloboda, NRG Music, and B-S-H-O-P.
For me spinning the records is not just about the music itself it has more to do with energy, or as I like to call it: it?s about Magic.
Every party is different. People usually go out to forget their everyday problems. My purpose is total harmony in music which is hard to accomplish but I guess I could reach it many times. Closing to the age of 30 I?ve already thought about putting the ride to a rest because I reached everything I wanted However I realized that after having seen many smiling faces and satisfied people I believe I have to keep going.
You can object this profession from separated viewpoints. For example the marketing, commercial, or owner side, but the emphasis in my opinion is on the guests themselves. I work ?make magic? for them and if i do it well I get all the love back form the crowd. This is why I have to say it?s worth doing it until I can!
