Markus Quittner was born on the sixth of July in Wels. His pseudonym Sonar stands for high quality sound and exceedingly love to music. Music has always been a major part of his life. At the age of 15 years he started to evolve big enthusiasm for the various arts of electronic music. It didnt took him a long time untill he startet to realise that just alone listening to this kind of music could not satisfie him any longer. This was the point in his life when he started his way as a DJ. At first influenced by rhythmic house beats he soon started to change his style to a much more minimalistic and experimental kind of sound which is still pushing him and his audience to the limit down to the present day. Impressive, rhythmic and crazy sets can be expected from him which he celebrates with a great excitement and a lot of love to the music. |
