A string of high-ranking releases and remixes for techno's major players has propelled Mladen to the top of the stack. Recognition for his recordings as well as dj sets has delivered Mladen to parties across Europe (UK, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, France, Austria, Italy, Hungary, Czech Republic etc), Americas (USA, Mexico, Colombia) and Canada, while his high-spec studio is more than earning its keep. Major name support has come from DJs such as Dubfire, John Acquaviva, Richie Hawtin, Popof, Umek, Adam Beyer, Monika Kruse, Sebastien Leger, Rino Cerrone, Mauro Picotto and many others. Mladen has played on the big festivals all around the world like are Miami WMC 2013 (USA), EXIT Festival – Dance Arena (Serbia), Kazantip (Ukraine), Stereo Sunday (Netherlands) etc.
Mladen's DJ career kicked off in 1999 when he partnered with fellow Bosnian DJ Sinisa Tamamovic to promote events in their native Banja Luka and on tours across the Western Balkans. Not letting the dust settle on a good idea, Mladen and Sinisa set up the Night Light label. The brainchild of Mladen and Sinisa, Night Light has grown into a thriving source of own-name releases and sought after remixes with big support from global DJs.
Complementing an increasingly lauded roster of original tracks, production remains at the forefront of Mladen's business with regular releases on some of World's leading techno and electronic labels, such as Sci+Tec, 1605, Terminal M, Suara, Octopus, Definitive Recordings, Form, 100% Pure and many others. Mladen's most popular compositions include Before Sunset, Front Pocket, Dance Of Shadows, Physical Level, In The Corner, Tangas, Day In Barracuda, Lady In The House, Green Cubes, Into The Game, Floor Mover, Filterize, Singer, etc which were on top positions in the best world electronic music shops.
In March 2012 Mladen Tomic and Sian topping the Beatport Techno Top 100 number 1 with their two-hander Front Pocket (Nicole Moudaber remix). Mladen teamed up with the Dublin born label boss of techno imprint Octopus Recordings to produce a techno tune that has been lapped up.
In January 2013 Mladen released Techno Tools Vol. EP for Suara with big success, even four tracks was in Beatport Techno Top 20 and two in Top 10.
