| Matt Funk was born in 1986. Dj and producer from Belgium who has always been captivated by music. In his own words he sais: ?Music has always been a big part of my life! all i ever do for as far as i can remember is listen to Music! in my car, at home , at party?s , just all of my free time? I always went to a lot of Techno party?s everywhere and fell in love with the vibe! I could never get enough! When i tried playing the decks for the first time , i immediately fell in love !?
He got his first turntables at the age of 17 and started to play Techno Music influenced by the local club scene. As the music evolved he got more into Minimal and Tech-house style as he still do today.
Soon started play at local party?s and with friends who are also dj/producers. After several years Matt Funkk wanted to do something more and started to create his own music. ?Now i?ve really been bitten by the bug of producing! i think i will never stop being under the spell of music?? explains.
After a while he had my first release under the name Mathew Funk but a new change has come and now this big Dj and producer is known as Matt Funkk. |
