Akustikrausch from Berlin started his music career in the tender age of 15. First he produced soundtracks for computer demos and games on his Amiga computer.

In 2001, he founded the project Abteilung Ton who managed to have a successful electrotechno club hit (?Wir tanzen?).

After the split with his production partner in 2005, Akustikrausch proceeded as solo performer. He presented his new material to the audience at many clubs in Germany that has been released on several underground labels as Kosmo, Uran97 and milaro afterwards. While he is performing, Akustikrausch covers several varieties of technoelectro: sometimes he catches the attention with sweet retro melodies from the golden age of 16bit homecomputer gaming, another time his tracks stand up with ultra-dry knartz sounds that is so beloved by the children of the techno prairie.
