| He was born and grew up in Istanbul. He started to go out in electronic music scene by working as nightshift at Turkey?s first electronic dance music radio station named Radio 2019 in 1995. Then he continued as one of the broadcasters of the first real dance music show Dance Department 3 days in a week with name of Dj Ali. 3 Years later, he got the nickname Soulpower and began to be known with this alias.
Beside being well known radio dj, he took the responsibility as music director night Club 2C that gave direction to ?stanbul underground night life from beginning to end.
After these notable steps in his music career, Radio FG, one of the brand also organizes leading electronic music events, festivals with famous global names in Turkey was the second address for Soulpower with sessions at prime time.
Dinamo Fm, another important electronic music radio station was the third for Soulpower with the duty of operation and production besides techouse radio show.
The last station as radio djing has been Power XL owned by Power Fm, a well known name in this area and broadcasts nationally. Now Soulpower reaches his audiance with his programme Flow Machine at Saturday nights 2 a.m.
