2009 was a very busy year for Leigh Montague aka ROUGHedit. The aim was to re-invent himself as a producer, the outcome was just that. With previous releases under the name Subsound, he changed his alias and style to create something new and exciting. This change resulted in 5 remixes and a 12", with tracks hitting number 2 on the globalgrovedigital download charts. Not bad for 8 months work.

A new year, a new decade, ROUGHedit is looking to push his creativity to another level. With backing from Dysfunktional Audio and ebonyRed Records, he has support possessing similar attitude: forward thinking and creative.

Being relatively new on the scene, ROUGHedit has a long way to go. Juggling a full time job with music production is never easy, but not impossible. With his strong attitude and huge potential Rough Edit is looking toward a bright future.
