| Otoridia is thirty-four years old, and had quite an adventure life. Much of his childhood was spent in Nigeria dancing to Depech Mode, Fela Kuti and Fat Boys. At the age of nine, he won his first prize at a break-dance competition and his mentor also dicovered his drawing talent. Since the age of ten years he's been living in Switzerland, where he entred the world of electronic music and started to make organic electronic music since 2007 under the pseudonym 'Cooky'. In 2011 Otoridia released his first full-lenght debut album, En Teil Vo Mir, via DSN Musik label a jazz-, funk-, electro- and soul-tinged production. Otoridia is a singer, his songs exlpores different moods, languages, tempos and styles. We imagine that we'll be hearing lots more from Otoridia in the years to come. |
