| Mundy was at 05 April 1978 in Maryland, Baltimore born. He grew up in the United States and Romania, fatherless. In Bucharest, he lives in the eighties in a neighborhood where one is attacked in the street. Here comes the Mundy first time with hip hop in touch.
With nine years he wrote his first rap lyrics, typical language Goss to "diss" also about others on the road, so to have in their place. Material for his songs he has enough, the dreary prefabricated buildings of Bucharest, the gray man.
In 1989, shortly before the fall, Mundy comes with nut (Romanian singer) and sister to the West. After a week in a Nuremberg shelter they can find a place to stay in Berlin. As it is clear that Mundy is not creating the seventh grade, he leaves the school.
At 13, he takes on his first "battle" part in the Berlin club "Mirage" - and win right away. Henceforth, Mundy has a run. In 17 battles he had the lead. He dances and raps in different groups. There followed appearances on hip-hop festivals, discos, on the cruise ship "Aida" on television.
Finally, almost 15 years after he wrote his first Rapzeile happens, dream of all: a producer he responds. But instead he has to import their own songs to producer, as a part of the art group "Panji Deejay". There appear to songs like "Say Hala" and "Freaky", the discs are selling moderately. |
