| DJ Drops started his career in 1997. Influenced by music from DJ Funk, DJ Rush, Marco Remus, DJ Bam Bam, Dave Clark and Quick & Smart, he creates his own definition of Techno.
DJ Drops was resident by Spielstaub and the famouse Clubs in Magdeburg, the HM Club and the Sackfabrik. He plays freaky, stomping techno and minimal techno music (Atze Ton).
In 2001 he released his first ?OSTblock EP? on SW.7 Records, other releases come on Nasty Colour Records, Orchid Records, Neofippintrukid Productions, Bypass Records, Error Records and Combat Skill Records.
And DJ Drops played in the famouse Clubs like Tresor Berlin, Ruhr in Love Festival, Sackfabrik, HM Club, Tronix Club, Subsoil Sandsteihnhöhlen, Soundhaus Glasgow, Vintage Club, Zoom Club, Made of Steel - Ferropollis and many more Locations.
2007 create DJ Drops with Leigh johnson a live performance project and other projects.
In 2007 he found his own label, EGO Plastix Records. He worked with some of the most popular international techno acts like Quick & Smart, Houz' Mon, Torsten Kanzler, Manu Kenton, Qatja S., Chris Noise,
