| Carlos Mateu a.k.a Carloscres born in Baton Rouge, USA, in 1984. In 2003 began mixing in several private parties and then had many gigs on most of the clubs and bars in Caracas (Venezuela) as well as local radio shows. Loaded with beats from the best of the deep to the most innovative tech house, sharing stage with great dj's and colectives in the capital and the rest of the country.
By the end of 2006 achieves a position in the www.topdjsvenezuela.com ranking, taking 5th place for "Best dj in Venezuela" and 6th place for "Best dj in Caracas". In 2007, participates as a talent in the award ceremony and receives the 6th position as the "Best Minimal-Electro dj?. In mid-2008 gets a segment every week on the radio show "Fusible Fm? broadcasted by the 100.7fm.
In terms of production, in 2007 signed his 1st EP under the label "Musictracx Recordings" located at Brighton, England. Months later, licenses his second and third EP on "2600 Records" at Guestrow, Germany. The third Extended Play is part of the LP entitled: "Deep Moments Vol.1" which is distributed worldwide. Also, worked on the compilations of "Venezuela Electrónica vol.2" in "blanco" edition, "Venezuela Electrónica vol.3", ?The Best of Vol.3 LP" and Vol.4 from one of the sub-labels of "Night Drive Music".
