Christmas is coming close and Stalwart didn’t wait for the 25th of December to treat you with this amazing release. Jerk House Connection, the french soulful combo known for their succesful releases on Defected and Antho Records, have teamed up with Brit Pop Icon Niles Thomas, who has been called an avant-garde singer/songwriter, on this special track called « Velvet Touch ». The original mix is a beautiful deep and moody track that features the laidback melancholic yet sexy vocals from Niles.
A stand out track sure to captures eveyones attention with its different mood . On the remix tip Stalwart is striking hard with french heavyweight don Rocco that rebuilt the vibe of the original mix keeping its essence but with an infectious groove that builds up until the end, while NYC’s finest duo Master Kev& Tony Loreto went on a more progressive edge mixed with an electric guitar solo. To top it up, United Music Records head honcho Hallex M has come up with a bouncing deep and hypnotic yet melancholic remix with a slight touch of Giorgio Moroder.
