Where can I find the most up to date news?
On the right side of the shop you can see the Quickfinder. With the help of this tool you can find the most recent articles.
How much is the delivery?
You can query all shipping costs when you click Information => Shipping costs.
Please choose the country to which the parcels will be sent.
Which logistic companies do you work with?
We cooperate with:
- Deutsche Post / DHL
- UPS
- GLS
You can choose you desired company youself when you place an order.
I've placed more than one order. Will I receive several parcels?
Not automatically. we collect your orders in you account.
You can define yourself when you want us to send you a parcel.
I found a really old article in your shop. Is there a chance that it will arrive?
We can't guarantee. Often even old articles are reproduced or old backstock quantities arrive. If you don't want to place an order for such an article you can register for our noncommittal mail service and you will be informed when this article arrives.
When will I receive my articles?
That depends on the delivery option you chose.
If you chose direct delivery, we will send you the article as soon as the arrive. Beside direct delivery you can chosse delivery at a special date or when a certain value of available backorders has been reached.
Some available articles in my backorders suddenly disappeared.
This happens when suppliers gave us faulty information on the supply delieveries.
We are sorry for that but we are powerless ourself.
When was my parcel sent?
An automatic delivery notification is sent to you when we give your parcel to the mail-order firm.
Additionally you can have a look at your past invoices in your account management. Usually the parcel is shipped the same day the invoice has been created.
I've ordered articles that were not on stock. When will they arrive?
We can not give a binding information on that as we ourself do not get this information from our suppliers.
My parcel was sent yesterday. When does it arrive
We can not tell exactly. Deliveries wihin Germany usually take 1-2 days.
How long does the shipping take?
Deliveries within Germany usually take between 1 and 3 days.
We delivery on 5 days a week. ON saturdays and sundays we do not ship.
Which countries do you serve?
In principle the whole world.
payment of customs duty
You have to pay customes.
We must declare the worth of parcels that are sent to countries outside of the EU on a duty form.
The customs officers can open parcels without us knowing. We don't have any influence on that.
We also can not predict the amount of fees that have to be payed as the fees vary from country to country.
We kindly ask you to respect your local custom laws.
Where is my parcel?
You will receive a email as soon as we handed your parcel over to the mail-order firm. In this email you find a link to query the status of your shipment.
Which kind of package do you use?
We use high quality packages made of receycled material that protect your articles from damage.

We have cooperations with:
