Can I delete a order or my backorders?

No, unfortunately you can't. Our staff can do this for you if your articles are not on their way already.

You can either do this by phone or in your backorder list.

I am a reseller. Do you have specail reseller offers?

Shopping Cart / Save Shopping Cart

Like at a real store you can collect all articles in your shopping cart. When you have found all articles and put them into your shopping cart you can go to the checkout and order all articles together.
You can save your shopping cart without ordering the articles. When you come back after some time you can load your shopping cart und continue shopping.

How do I know if an article is on stock?

You will find a status information to every article. This status is displayed with a colored field. Please click on one of these fileds to open a popup window with an explanaition for each color.

Did you receive my order?

After every successfull order you will receive a confirmation by email. If you did receive this email you can be sure that we received and processed your order.

If you did not receive this email, please check if the email address which is entered in your account is valid and working and if the email was caught by a SPAM filter.

Additionally every order which has not been processed, yet, is displayed in your backorder list.

Adding articles to my order

If you place an order all articles will be added to your backorders.
As soon as we create a parcel for you all articles will be added to this parcel.

By using the delivery settings you can control when we we send you a parcel.

Can I preorder articles

Yes, articles thet are not released, yet can be preordered and will be delivered as soon as they are released.

I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email. What went wrong?

If you did not receive a confirmation email but saw the message that the order was completed successfully there is something wrong with your email address, mostly. Please chack your backorders the next day. If your ordered articles do not appear in your backorders, please contact us by phone or email.

Do you have a real vinyl store

In our central warehouse in Traunstein you can shop like in a normal Dj store. If you already know whhat you are looking for, please note the location code displayed on the detail page of an article.

How does the wishlist work?

Your account offers the function of a personal whishlist.

In this list you can store all articles you plan to buy or that you would like to buy.



Articles you bought will be removed from your wishlist automatically.

To put an article on the whishlist, simply go to the detail page of an article.

There you see a notepad symbol on the right. If you click it the article will be added to your whishlist.
