Fabrikat is the new project by Timo Weitershagen who already runs the labels Schieber and Deep In Rhythm. Fabrikat productions are cooperations between Weitershagen and friends from his musical environment. Fabrikat 01 starts with slim and slender Techno that has its focus on the manifold bass sounds which are only enhanced by occasional interventions from higher frequencies. For his first remix Tigerskin has really taken his bitcrusher aside and has charmed a multitude of sounds out of it while the bass pushes forward even more. Jitzu from Italy approaches in an a more minimal way to the original and relies on strength by meditation. A very felicitous start for Fabrikat!
