Robert Solheim’s 4th solo release on AR is a dark and dubby tech-house track called Field Trip. His trademark is music that you can both enjoy at home as well as in a club one misty morning, and this one is no exception.The Field Tripping EP comes with 3 remixes, first one from our friend Verve (Vertigo Records, Indigo records) from down-under and he gives us a real well constructed pearl of a tech-house version. Verve also contributed with a remix on Dj Puk’s first release on AR.Second remix comes from Norwegian artist Tröber, who turns it into a fiercely energetic electro-house track. No newcomer to the electronic scene, Tröber has been working with Bugge Wesseltoft, Strangefruit, Nils Petter Moblar amongst many other artists both live and in his own studio, Subchannel in Oslo.Last, but not least, Dj Smiler (D-Lab Records, Beatnet), a real talent from Estonia who has been dj-ing and making music since the mid 90’s gives us a stripped down version with the essence intact and with a perfect breakdown.Music for your home and your club entertainment.
