K.K. ( alias Matthias Kröger ) started DJ-ying in the Mid 90s and was Resident DJ in a Club in Soest, Germany and he was influenced by the late 80s American House - and Hip House Music. In his homestudio he produced his own songs and one day he offered them to the Dance Street Label House Nation, which had huge Club- and Charts-Hits that time (i.e.Duke,Outhere Brothers, Red 5 and Sequential One (pre ATB). In a very short time his records were played all over the world and " Housetime Is Anytime" and his Version of Felix´s "Don´t You Want Me " are still on the playlist of some DJs. This album offers all his recordings from 1997 until 2001 and is a great retrospective of the beginning of House Music in Europe .
