Teleskopik are thrilled to announce the return of the infamous Jamie Ball for their 15th release. This new 2-track EP, under his alias Action Bastard, starts off with the track 'Island Side' where funky rolling beats and crisp minimal percussions are entrancingly combined with polished analog chords, weirdly reminiscent of early Detroit releases. The flip side 'Kowloon Side' is a refreshing breakbeat-downtempo piece built around a soft, hypnotic and bright melody, full of eastern promise. A very strong release.
