With release No. 011, Kolorit Records finishes a successful and exciting year 2011. Crek is back on the imprint with the "Make Me EP". The two tracks once again reflect his talent for light and easy grooving house music with a touch of oldschool influence, paired up with the vibe of his hometown Berlin. The main track "Make Me" is a typical example for Crek's sound: funky, groovy to the top while being warm and personal. "My Dear" comes with a slowed down beat that makes heads nodding and feet moving, with a distant filtered disco hook rolling around it. The track has been remixed by Jorge Takei, who managed to give it a new spin with analogue synth fireworks and wooden percussion, while keeping the soul of the original alive. ?Crek is a Berlin based DJ, liveact and producer. For the last years, he is regulary releasing his strong tracks worldwide on international labels such as Kolorit Records, Clatter, Variante Music and Tonkind. His sound is a very danceable, yet frisky kind of house and tech house music - but always pretty unique and recognisable. Crek also works on other genres of electronic music such as downbeat and disco, which is one of the sources for the quality composings you can hear in his releases. ??About Jorge Takei: ?Debuted in mid 2010, Jorge Takei has managed to gain major support by the likes of Soul Clap, Brodinski, Luca Lozano or Solo in this rather short period of working. The edit-lover shoots every couple of months with free re-works and Edits that are heavily pushed by major Magazines around the globe. French Tsugi titled Jorge Takei as a talent to watch in 2012, coming out with the first releases under his own name, fusing 80s-Synths, Funk and House in slowmotion.
