Now Bawa Abudu has come out with a lovely new album. "Pasari Bella" is the title song of his latest maxi cd taken from the main album which is soon to be published internationally. "Pasari Bella" which means ?Young Lady? in English comes from the Dagbani langauage of Northern Ghana. It is a love song about a young man from Ghana and his German girlfriend who happen to be deeply in love with each other though coming from completely different cultural backgrounds. In the song the young African tries to convince his girlfriend about the positive side of Africa, the natural beauty of Tamale, his place of birth in Northern Ghana, and?its culture as he urges her to come along with him to Africa. Great song! "Pasari Bella" is an African pop song whose melodies are found woven in a rhythm that leaves the listener either with a stamping foot or with a swaying body.
